These Terms of Service govern your use of the Battleborn Discord bot (the “Bot”) and the Battleborn Guild Hub website (the “Site”). By using the Bot or the Site, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Bot or the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot.

• Do not abuse, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Bot or the Site.
• Do not use the Bot to violate any law or Discord policy.
• Do not attempt to access or scrape data beyond the Bot’s intended features.
• Do not interfere with other users’ access or experience.

You are responsible for the commands you run and any content you submit through the Bot or the Site. You grant us permission to process that content only to operate and improve the Bot’s features.

The Bot and the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot or the Site if you violate these terms or if your use poses a risk to other users or the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot or the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot or the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
